Ampan D

A gastroprokinetic-antiscretory combination where domperidone (peripheral D2 antagonist) accelerates gastric emptying while pantoprazole controls acid. (Degen L, 2001) Particularly effective in GERD with delayed gastric emptying. (Vakil N, 2006) Domperidone's peripheral action minimizes CNS side effects versus metoclopramide. (Reddymasu SC, 2007)
